Coldplay
Rosebowl, Pasadena, CA
Fri, Oct 6, 7PM
Capacity: 60k for concert, 92k for sports (wowwww)
We parked at the shuttle stop at the very north west of downtown Pasadena, left around 5:30 from there.
It took a while to get to the stadium, it's actually kind of nestled in the side of the mountain and it's pretty much all neighborhoods around it.
We walked back from the stadium to the parking lot and it took 25-35 mins?
Not bad but...bad lmao.
I might freaking pay $40 for parking next time.
Anyway, the show!
Opening acts: Alina Baraz, Tove Lo
Alina's voice is soooo nice.
Tove Lo is also great.
I only really knew a few songs from each, mostly know Tove Lo's old songs.
Pretty okay acts, they don't command the stadium but Alina was a relaxing set and Tove was energetic, her lyrics are ;) lolol
Massive stadium, biggest show I've ever been to.
Maybe I can just let my tweets speak for me HAHA
What an entrance?? I was already crying five seconds in pic.twitter.com/KBYzoHpzYs— playlisthoarder (@playlisthoarder) October 7, 2017
This is such a spectacular sight, honestly.
So many people, the music is loud, the band is energetic.
A visual and auditory experience!
Idk what I'm doing but these were really cool and work so nicely with the rainbow color scheme!! pic.twitter.com/QYAwJQ6iln— playlisthoarder (@playlisthoarder) October 7, 2017

Adventure of a Lifetime.
They threw a ton of balloons over the floor section and it was so cute.
It took forever for people to push it up to us!

Definitely one of my top 3 shows.
The sheer volume of the crowd was incredible.
The props were use so well: wristbands, balloons, confetti, fireworks.
Seriously such a spectacle but it made it such a visual and auditory experience.
The band themselves have a very charismatic presence, particularly Chris Martin.
He was very energetic and it was always fun when he talked to the audience.
There was a song where they stopped playing a few seconds in to have a band meeting.
Then they came back and asked the audience to put their phones away for just one song.
It was a really nice moment.
James Corden also came to help sign a song and he is really good too.
They were pretty funny together and it was a cool surprise, although I hear he was also at their show last year.
Hmm it was pretty tiring to get back to the car but we went to a brewery after for some food.
The drive home from a concert is always one of my favorite things.
Such a happy feeling.
