CONCERT: OneRepublic - Honda Civic Tour, Inglewood

OneRepublic
The Forum, Inglewood, CA
Thu, Aug 31, 7PM

Arrived around 6:30PM.

James Arthur, first opening act.
Never heard of him before but I have heard his songs like Say You Won't Let Go.
We missed probably half the set but they sound really good.
Unfortunately, probably a 30 minute set?

UNBOXING: Yeooongi - BTS Buttons, Pins, & Stickers

So so so cute.
Total was $25 including shipping.
Which is actually probably kind of crazy but...support artists!
And I have like zero control over myself anyway.

KCON17LA: Day 1 Convention

It was a loooot better this year for registration!
We got there around 8AM because we thought it would take a really long time but not many people were there for registration.
The convention was on the side of the Staples Center at the West Exhibit Hall this year instead of the other side of the street (South Hall) like it was last year.
A lot more convenient with the food market on the same side on Chick Hearn Court, too.

Registration was in Petree Hall.
Pretty quick, just have them scan your code from your registration.
They didn't even want to check my ID, lmao.

Then you get a wristband and can take a booklet.
There were different wristbands: yellow for convention/lower priced concert and white/blue? for diamond/platinum/P1/2, I think.
Very easy.

DOULEUR EXQUISE: Because of V's 1st Photo Exhibition in Los Angeles

Held at Substrate Gallery
709 N Ridgewood Pl, Los Angeles, CA 90038

The gallery space is pretty tiny so it wasn't the best experience physically.
I loved being there though, I felt a little emotional.
Who knew I could ever go to a photo exhibition here in LA!

It's a really nice fan experience and going there with friends is cool.
$10 for preregistration, although I'm not sure how it's different from just walking in.
I don't think we really got much more extra.
You can buy more fansite goods there, too.

I wanted the photobook but didn't want to spend $15 lmao.
And then I won it from the scratcher card they gave us!
